The REHIS Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (Refresher) is required for existing Personal Licence Holders in Scotland to update their knowledge of licensing law and maintain their licence.
Under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, Personal Licence Holders must complete refresher training to ensure they remain up to date with current legislation, responsibilities, and best practice when authorising the sale of alcohol.
