Our partnership with Chez Roux has been cultivated over many years, beginning with the esteemed Albert Roux, a pioneer of French cuisine and a passionate advocate for the training and development of young chefs. Today, under the leadership of Chef Michel Roux Jr, our relationship continues to thrive. We proudly contribute to the growth and education of their brigades across Scotland, playing a vital role in their learning and development journey.
Crossbasket Castle
Our collaboration with ICMI spans various venues throughout Scotland, where we’ve cultivated robust apprenticeship programs catering to both front and back-of-house roles. Crossbasket Castle, an exclusive Scottish retreat, epitomizes historical grandeur, opulence, and breathtaking natural vistas. Situated in the heart of central Scotland, the 17th-century castle offers an unparalleled sanctuary, allowing guests to escape the rigors of daily life and immerse themselves in tranquility.
Caledonian Heritable
Caledonian Heritable embarked on a partnership with us several years ago, following recommendation from other partners. Our collaboration centered around the implementation of an Apprenticeship Scheme aimed at fostering the growth of our team while aligning their qualifications with their respective skill levels.
One of the key innovations of this scheme was the integration of salary leveling based on completed qualifications. This approach naturally incentivized team members to pursue further qualifications, not only enhancing their skill sets but also enabling them to progress within defined salary bands. Moreover, it provided us with a transparent assessment of the team’s skill proficiency levels.
This initiative reflects our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering professional development within organizations. By strategically aligning qualifications with salary bands, we create a dynamic environment where employees are motivated to continually enhance their skills, contributing to both individual growth and organizational success.
LIVE ACTIVE LEISURE
Over the span of five years, our dynamic partnership with Live Active Leisure in Perth has been rigorously tested and proven. Collaborating closely with Kevin Riddle and his team of industry veterans in sports and leisure, we’ve cultivated a seamless synergy. Through this partnership, we seamlessly facilitate the assessment aspect of qualifications, harnessing the power of our state-of-the-art online e-portfolio system. This empowers the Live Active team with unparalleled flexibility to assess candidates, whether they’re on the sidelines of the pitch or in the heart of the gym floor.
