Personal Licence (SCPLH)

The Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) is a mandatory qualification for anyone applying for a Personal Licence in Scotland under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

This course provides the knowledge required to understand alcohol licensing laws, responsibilities of licence holders, and how to sell alcohol responsibly within licensed premises.

Certification

On successful completion, learners will receive the REHIS Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, which is required when applying for a Personal Licence through your local authority.
